Mediocre trait with a SC that cannot be reapplied. Good 0 CD skill, so CDA isn't a problem. Overall, this Heatblast ripoff will not be very useful in the competitive scene. However, he has some nice stats and relic slots. His trait is pretty average, as it doesn’t help protect from incoming attacks and only some forms of denial, which are cleansed away quickly due to it being an SC for the common form. He has a 60 over 2 turns, which is Anticipation bait considering it is very common, and then is left with a mere 40 Single every turn. It also leaves problems against DA as most of his skills are AoEs, and single target damage is garbage. However, running these will hinder his damage potential due to their low damage. 
Said AoEs only deal 30-40 damage, by the way, and the 40 doesn't have any additional effects. His damage output is terrible, as he relies on his Tortures to attack, applying them in either AoEs or a skill that deals no damage, resulting in nothing being activated.
